Breakfast

Greek breakfast
Fresh homemade bread, rusks, yogurt, local cheeses, Samian honey, spoon sweets, olive oil & olives, fresh seasonal fruit, walnuts, almonds, two fried eggs, handmade pie of the day, apaki. Served with Greek coffee, sage or mountain tea.
Handmade kourou cheese pie
Traditional handmade pie with a rich filling of fine Greek cheeses, wrapped in crispy golden pastry and sprinkled with toasted sesame.

Daily Dishes

Lasagne with mushrooms and white sauce
Lasagne with 5 different varieties of mushrooms and aromatic herbs, bound with a white sauce.
Handmade pappardelle with rosemary pesto
Handmade pappardelle with rosemary from our village, cooked in our own extra virgin olive oil and finished with parmesan.
Stuffed vegetables (gemista)
Samos vegetables stuffed with rice and our own extra virgin olive oil, slow-baked in the oven with aromatic Samian herbs.
Moussaka
Slices of local aubergines and potatoes, fried in our own Samian extra virgin olive oil. Fresh mixed mince sautéed with onion and garlic, deglazed with sweet Samos wine. Rich, velvety béchamel made with fresh milk and sheep-and-goat butter from local producers.
Pork chop with country potatoes
Gnocchi with cacio e pepe sauce
Pulled pork burger in a tortilla
Served with country potatoes and BBQ sauce.

Salads

Village salad
Carob rusks, diced tomato and cucumber, olives and armogala cheese. Enriched with our own extra virgin olive oil.

Coffee

Espresso
Supremo Espresso Blend by the Greek company Taresso, with notes of roasted hazelnut and a strong milk-chocolate character.
